This was a very special project and one of the biggest for the duo Ehab Taher and Mohamed Zein being part of the Hyundai Construction team working as Senior Construction Manager and Senior Electrical Manager respectively. The project was a benchmark for future projects showcasing their talent in building a very luxurious complex with a very efficient budget. The demonstrated leadership, coordination and effective communication with 3 participating contractors and over 2500 workers, 140 engineers made this a huge success story. The hotel has 30 floors and penthouse apartments managed by the hotel and finished separately according to customers. Some notable customers included members of the Royal Family from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian Tycoon Mohamed Mansour.   The project lasted 2 years.
