Responsibilities

  • Monitoring all managers and conduct reports to Executive Manager.
  • Organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Managing database and filing systems implementation.
  • Take notes and write minutes during meetings for the Executive Manager.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, reports and presentations, and date of meetings
  • Monitoring Executive Manage email and respond if required.
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • Follow up on operation work flow.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
