Responsibilities
- Monitoring all managers and conduct reports to Executive Manager.
- Organizing meetings and appointments.
- Managing database and filing systems implementation.
- Take notes and write minutes during meetings for the Executive Manager.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, reports and presentations, and date of meetings
- Monitoring Executive Manage email and respond if required.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times
- Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- Follow up on operation work flow.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills
